The Challenge
My client was a tech company with a vision for one of the most trusted names in hospitality. Because in a world where customer expectations are shaped by personalization, instant access, and boundary-pushing experiences, being a great hotel wasn’t enough. It was time for one of the world’s biggest hotel chains to evolve—from a place to stay, to the place to go. My client envisioned a transformation rooted in data, AI, and dynamic service design—one that would elevate this hotel chain from a hospitality company to an experience ecosystem. And one worth $100M. My job? To tell that story with energy, elegance, and exponential ambition.
The Concept
Whether it’s zip-lining across a remote jungle, dining on hyper-local southern Italian cuisine, or closing the biggest deal of your life in a space that repositions you from vendor to visionary—The Power of M promised a reimagined kind of hospitality, designed for the traveler seeking not just escape, but elevation.
“M” stood for more than the hotel chain. It stood for:

Data-enriched User Journeys
We mapped user journeys that illustrated a shift from service to foresight, from a night’s stay to the loyalty program. Visually immersive, emotionally resonant and solution specific, the pitch positioned the hotel chain as a platform for bigger possibilities—powered by their partner’s tech innovation. Our story outlined:
