My tech client envisioned a $100 million transformation rooted in data, AI, and dynamic service design—one that would elevate a hotel chain to an experience ecosystem. My job? To tell that story with energy, elegance, and exponential ambition.
The Concept
Whether it’s zip-lining across a remote jungle, dining on hyper-local southern Italian cuisine, or closing the biggest deal of your life in a space that repositions you from vendor to visionary—The Power of M promised a reimagined kind of hospitality, designed for the traveler seeking not just escape, but elevation.
“M” stood for more than the hotel chain. It stood for:

Data-enriched User Journeys
We mapped user journeys that shifted service to foresight, a night’s stay to a loyalty program. Visually immersive and solution specific, the pitch positioned the hotel chain as a platform for bigger possibilities—powered by their partner’s tech innovation. Our story outlined:
