As an event partner, Accenture’s presence was everywhere at COP26 (26th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change). The conference aims to deliver bolder action to keep 1.5 degrees in sight, avoid even greater damages and accelerate a just transition to an economy that works for people and the planet. Governments across the globe, communities, and the private sector joined us on this world stage to understand the solutions that companies like Accenture can bring. I led the effort to create and define Accenture’s messaging at this event with a style guide centered around Accenture’s Sustainability Value Promise.
